You can create an online account to view your bill statements, set up  AutoPay, update your communication preferences, track your usage history, and more.  Simply follow the steps below.

Click on the CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT LINK.

• Account Lookup  Enter in your six-digit account number & the last four digits of the primary phone number listed on your account.
• Verify Account  If the account information displayed is correct, click YES, THIS IS MY ACCOUNT.  If the account information displayed is incorrect, click I DON'T SEE MY ACCOUNT and follow the prompts until the correct account information is displayed.
• Register User Info.  Enter your User Name.  If the user name is not available or includes an invalid character such as a space or special character that is not accepted, an error message will appear.  Enter your Email Address.  Enter your password.  Confirm your password.  Then, click REGISTER.  
•  Registration Complete  The screen will display the newly registered User Name and Email.
