Q. Can I pay my bill online?
A. You can easily pay your bill online 24/7 using your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card. Please note there is a $3.05 or 3% fee charged by the bank (whichever is greater). One-Time Online Payment Link
Q. Can I set up autopayment?
A. You may set up autopayment by creating an account. When creating your account be sure you enter all 6 digits of your account number. Setup Online Auto Payment Link
Q. What if I forget my Username & Password?
A. You may reset either or both at any time. For security reasons passwords are not disclosed to District personnel, so you will be sent a new password at the email address you designated during your enrollment in the Auto Payment Program.
Q. Why am I having trouble updating my autopayment method?
A. Make sure you create a “New Wallet”. Next make sure you do not autofill and type all the new information out and/or try a different browser (e.g., Google, Safari, Explorer…).
Q. Can I apply for a late fee adjustment?
A. Yes, you can apply for a once every 5 year, “oops” Late Fee Adjustment. To do so, you need to email us at admin@centralwaterdistrict.us.com and state that you would like to use your leak adjustment.

Q. What do I do if I think I have a leak?
A. You should first check your meter to see if the dial is moving once there is no water being used at your home. This link will provide information about how to look at your meter for a leak, How to Read Your Water Meter. If you have discovered you have a leak follow up with your local plumber to fix the issue.
